Start with the Ayurvedic atmosphere of the “LUNGO VIAGGIO NEL BENESSERE”, a fourhanded massage for the face, body, hands and feet that induces a sense of extreme lightness.

A Turkish Bath, during which mint, cinnamon and jasmine tea, coffee or a cup of dark chocolate will be served, completes the treatment. Duration 2 hours.

”SCULPTURE MASSAGE”. This is a toning and stretching massage therapy. Should guests wish, a Turkish bath may follow the treatment. Duration 1 hour 45 minutes.

"SHUBANGAM AYURVEDA”. Translated from Vedic this means “he who is beautiful”. This is a long, relaxing micro-circulatory massage treatment that renews the skin using natural powders and warm rice, Soya and sesame oils. You will be wrapped in warm towels and during this break in treatment you will receive an anti-aging facial treatment. A “RELAXING FOOT MASSAGE” completes the treatment, whilst infusions and fruit drinks will provide the perfect interlude. Duration 2 hours 30 minutes.

The fourth day opens with a shiatsu therapy to rebalance your meridians and relieve any muscular pains using MOXA Therapy. Duration 2 hours.

A "SNEBANA RELAX” massage – a gentle Ayurvedic therapy – provides a relaxing beginning to the treatments. Duration 1 hour.

A preparatory Turkish bath precedes the “KERALIA LUNA” massage. This is the ideal therapy for those wishing to nourish and restructure skin stressed by sun exposure. Duration 1 hour 30 minutes.

“ORIENTAL GLOBAL KERALIA” massage. This is an energetic global therapy for the face, body, hands and feet that equilibrates the chakra points using STONE TERAPY involving heated stones.

Guests may choose to complete their week of wellbeing by availing of the opportunity to visit a consultant in one of the following fields: nutrition, anti-aging medicine, holistic medicine, and gentle therapies.
A doctor specialising in dietary science is also available for consultations. For those following the programme, our chefs will prepare dietetic dishes with a traditional Sicilian flavour.
