Luca Finardi grew up in the world of hospitality, being raised in his father's family-run hotel on the Ligurian Riviera. From the tender age of ten, he could already be found at the door welcoming guests, developing the dedication and skill that now defines his career. 

After gaining invaluable experience in hotels across the world, Luca returned to Italy where he held several hotel management positions, before joining Villa San Michele in Florence as General Manager.

Following Luca's success at Villa San Michele, he moved to Sicily to take on a new challenge as General Manager for Grand Hotel Timeo. Luca views the change with enthusiasm, and has fallen in love with the land, the people, the food and wine.

Full of energy and drive, he works closely with his team to achieve and encourage dedication and thoughtfulness, the key to excellent customer care.
