Originally from Taormina, Stefano delights in ensuring that the restaurants and bars at the Grand Hotel Timeo deliver the most delicious cuisine and wine for our guests.
After gaining experience at internationally-renowned restaurants in London and the Carribbean, he returned to Sicily and to Taormina, where he began working at our sister property, Villa Sant'Andrea.
He has a great enthusiasm for Sicilian cuisine and wine, and encourages guests to experience the best examples of both in the restaurant, while admiring the myriad lights of the coast below, and the majesty of Mount Etna.
